The hotel contains 650 guest rooms 4,000 square feet of meeting and function space, three restaurants (Sunset Grill, Beach Cafe and the Palm) lounges, shops, fitness center, and Orlando's largest pool with underwater audio system. The pool is "zero entry", which means you can walk into the pool vs. stepping down stairs to get in. The slide is 260 feet long, there's sand and a volleyball court next to the pool. There's an extra large chess game, game room, pool table and ping pong table located in the pool area. Hang out at night in the Velvet Lounge, specializing in an unual variety of flavored martinis. Pick up sundries, snacks, Hard Rock pins and other merchanise at the lobby store. Look for an eclectic staff with a fun attitude to provide top notch service. The 7th floor is reserved for Club service and includes (at no extra cost)use of the fitness center, continental breakfast, private concierge service, evening happy hour with free beer, wine and snacks, non-alcholic beverages throughout the day, and evening milk and cookies. Priority seating with room key (next available table upon arrival unless restaurant completly booked with reservations, does not include Emerils, CityWalk restaurants on Fri & Sat night are very busy, the wait will be longer during peak times) Everyone will have fun at the beach pool, the long, twisting pool slide, the music playing all around the area, the convenient location of the Beach Cafe. The game room, along with ping pong and a pool table, are located next to the pool area. Beach volleyball is also available.
